How to install the Fractal Audio preset pack
Our Diezel VH4 preset pack for Fractal Audio AxeFx II and AX8 is made out of 12 preset bundles with their relative Proprietary IRs, one dedicated custom impulse response for every preset.
In order to properly install the presets in your modeler, please follow these steps.
Step 1
Open your AxeFX II / AX8 Edit, choose a slot and click on Preset > Import preset…
Step 2
Locate the preset file on your hard drive and open it.
Step 3
A popup will appear warning that this is a Preset-Cab bundle. Click OK to close it.
Step 4
Click on the “Save” button in order to save the preset.
Step 5
In the popup that will appear, click on the “CAB 1 L” dropdown menu.
Step 6
Select a location to save the bundled cab and click on the “Save” button. Enjoy!
